How it works

From listed to shown, with the right people at the door.

Sellers list privately. Nearby buyers with a completed Passport get alerted. Both sides connect, talk, and schedule a showing, and the exact address stays hidden until that showing is confirmed.

  1. Step 1 · Seller

    List your home

Add your home and we review it before it goes live. Once verified, it appears on the map and in search, pinned to an approximate area rather than your street.

    • Reviewed before it is published
    • Approximate area only on the map

  2. Step 2 · Buyer

    Nearby buyers get alerted

Buyers who have completed their Buyer Passport and are searching in that area get a notification that a new home is available near them.

    • Only buyers with a completed Passport
    • Based on the area and criteria they set

  3. Step 3 · Buyer or seller

    Connect and talk

Either side can request a connection. Once it is accepted, you can message each other directly and share more details, but only what each person chooses to share.

    • Either party can start it
    • Each side controls what it reveals
Hi! We love the layout. Is the backyard fenced?
It is, fully. Happy to share more photos.

  4. Step 4 · Both

    Schedule a showing

Pick a time together in the app. The exact address is only revealed after both the buyer and the seller confirm the showing.

    • Both parties confirm first
    • Address unlocks for that showing

  5. Step 5 · At the door

Scan the Passport at the showing

When the buyer arrives, the seller scans their Buyer Passport to confirm it is the same person who booked the showing. No match, no showing.

    • Confirms the buyer is who booked
    • Takes seconds on the seller's phone

My showing is confirmed for Saturday. What should I do before then?

Nice. Here is what I would do next:

  1. Add your Passport to your phone wallet so the seller can scan it at the door.
  2. Write down questions about the roof, HVAC, and utilities.
  3. Line up an inspector from Professional services in case you move forward.
