Organize property details, resolve import issues, and keep each listing in the correct workflow state.
Step 3: Publish when ready

Step 4: Track activity
Review buyer interest, showing activity, listing status, and portfolio progress from the Institution workspace.

Boundaries & legal context
Organization review and property authority are separate.
OMS organization review does not establish title, legal ownership, servicing authority, authority over any specific property, or ability to close. Uploading a portfolio does not prove ownership; property-level authority is a separate workflow.
Property context from data sources is informational and does not establish title or authority. The current product does not automate KYB or enable ATTOM owner verification.
Buyer interest is nonbinding. Messages, showings, and listing state follow OMS workflow controls.
